These terms govern the use of the Cash to Card Kiosk prepaid Mastercard service. Please read them carefully before using your card. By completing a kiosk transaction, you agree to the terms outlined below.
The following fees are effective as of February 1, 2024. All fees are disclosed on the kiosk screen prior to transaction completion.

Card balance inquiries: To check your balance or inquire about a transaction, call 855-959-2389. Customer service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at no charge to the cardholder.
If you have opted in to receive text message communications, you may stop them at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. Standard carrier rates may apply for messages sent and received.

Cash to Card reserves the right to modify these terms and the applicable fee schedule. Any changes will be communicated through the kiosk interface prior to transaction completion, and updated terms will be published at cashcardkiosk.com/terms. Continued use of the card after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
